Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Navi (the “Service”), a product of Revenue Path Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including individuals who access the Service via Google Sign-In or Microsoft Entra ID sign-in.
2. Description of Service
Navi is a B2B sales intelligence platform that surfaces buying signals, generates personalized outreach, and provides conversational AI assistance to help sales teams identify and engage prospective customers. Access to Navi is invitation-only and is provided to authorized business users only.
3. Account Access & Authentication
Navi supports the following sign-in methods:
- Email & Password — credentials managed directly within Navi.
- Google Sign-In — we request the following permissions from Google to authenticate you and create or link your account:

- Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) — we request the following permissions from Microsoft to authenticate you and power in-app features:

Access to Navi is invitation-only. You may only register an account if you have received a valid invitation from Revenue Path Group or an authorized Navi administrator.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications or spam via the Email Outreach feature.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Share your account credentials with any third party.
- Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code or harmful data.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the exclusive property of Revenue Path Group and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
AI-generated content provided by the Service (including signal summaries, email drafts, and chat responses) is provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated content before acting on it.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revenue Path Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for access to the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which Revenue Path Group operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
